New services help graphic communications companies improve
the way they market, sell and run their businesses
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – In a continuing effort to help
graphic
communications providers grow their businesses, produce more jobs and
control costs, Xerox Corporation will introduce four new business development
resources at
Graph Expo.
“In our competitive market and uncertain economy, everyone is looking for
an edge,” said Joe Rickard, president,
Intellective Solutions. “Xerox’s new
services address the real needs of graphic communications companies to improve
the way they market, sell and run their businesses.”
New Sales Training Course
“Selling Digital Printing: Giving Your Customers Value” workshop revises
Xerox’s foundation digital printing sales session. It is available in eight- and
four-hour versions that are conducted by Xerox and independent
consultants.
Financial Management Class
Graphic communications providers will gain insight on how to make the right
business decisions, drive profits and obtain better bank credit lines with the
online video program, “
Profit
Mastery: Creating Value and Building Wealth.” Led by financial expert Steve
LeFever, this program is available to Xerox customers at a 15 percent discount
and is made possible through a partnership with
Business Resource Services, Inc.
Social Media Workshop
Print providers can learn to leverage social media in sales, marketing and
customer service in this workshop. They’ll be shown how social media channels
such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogs can help grow their
business and further customer relationships. This workshop complements the
previously-released ProfitAccelerator book, “The Print Providers Guide to Social
Media.”
