(BLI). In December, the independent testing lab recognized Xerox for its commitment to technological innovation and the emphasis the company places on delivering the best technology to all customers.
Overall, Xerox won more than 350 awards globally in 2009 in recognition of innovative technology, reliable products and a leading services offering.
In 2009, the industry's top analysts, research firms and technology publications all praised Xerox for its commitment to continued development of innovative products. - The Phaser™ 7500 and its unique "Color by Words" feature won the Tech Innovator of the Year award from Everything Channel as the top printing and imaging product. "Color by Words" is an interactive color feature that leverages common, everyday words to help describe intended color output from a printer.
- Xerox's FreeFlow™ Automation Tool received an Innovative Digital Product award from Digital Imaging Marketing Association (DIMA).
- The new ColorQube™ 9200 Series solid ink multifunction printer (MFP) was given a Global Outstanding Achievement Award from BLI, in recognition of the product's innovation.
- Xerox's iGen4™ 220 Perfecting Press earned a Future of Print Product Must See 'em Award at Print 09, the year's largest graphic communications event.
