RIP speeds have also been enhanced to better handle larger print jobs. Océ PRISMAproduction server handles any application for monochrome and Océ CustomTone^® printing in Graphic Arts and transaction printing environments. Now a new trapping module improves the quality and precision of CustomTone prints for Océ VarioStream^® 9000 applications where objects in different colors border each other. Use of bitmap trapping for print files is crucial to the success of transpromo applications as well as many popular on-demand color applications. Customers will also be able to take advantage of PRISMAproduction capabilities to support the new Océ ColorStream^TM 10000 full color system and achieve a unified workflow across the entire Océ family.
