Nipson CEO to Present at IMI’s 8th Annual Security Printing Conference

Chicago, IL (September 13, 2011) – Bryan Palphreyman, CEO for Nipson America Inc., will present at IMI’s 8th Annual Security Printing Conference, November 16-18 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The presentation: Why Magnetography Remains the Technology of Choice for Today’s High Volume Security Print Applications, will explain Nipson’s unique magnetography technology, its future and benefits to security printers. In addition, attendees will learn about successful applications and the use of MICR today.

“I am pleased to be invited to speak at yet another IMI conference and hope attendees walk away with a true understanding of the benefits they can receive from our technology,” says Palphreyman.

Nipson develops, produces, and markets the world’s fastest and most versatile digital printing solutions for specialty and high-volume applications. In addition to its magnetography technology, Nipson’s cool flash fusion process further ensures the toner cannot be removed without damaging the substrate.  It also enables printing on a wide variety of substrates. All Nipson presses are MICR-capable by default, enabling simultaneous printing of MICR characters and other variable data. With dry toner technology, roll to roll configurations and fluorescent inks, Nipson offers a wide range of anti-counterfeiting solutions.

“We continue to work closely with our customers to expand the level of counterfeiting protection our printers can deliver,” says Palphreyman. “From bar codes and tickets to checks and financial documents, our printers have been successfully implemented in print shops world-wide to achieve complex security applications.”
