Adds New Dimension of Expertise
in Technology Solutions

ENGLEWOOD, CO --  June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- govONE Solutions, LP (www.govonesolutions.com), an eONE Global, LP operating company and leader in electronic payment, tax calculation, service delivery technologies and outsourcing solutions to federal, state and local agencies, financial institutions and businesses, today announced it has acquired the assets of Frank Solutions Inc. Frank Solutions is a leading provider of interactive voice response (IVR), voice recognition, computer telephony, interactive Web response and e-commerce software for the government, court, utility, insurance and higher education marketplaces. eONE Global (www.eoneglobal.com) is majority owned by e-commerce and payment services leader First Data Corp. (NYSE: FDC) .

Frank Solutions will operate as a unit of GovConnect, a govONE Solutions subsidiary, which specializes in digital service delivery solutions, professional services and payment processing for government agencies. govONE Solutions already serves more than two million taxpayers, processing 40 million payments valued at $1 trillion annually.

Frank Solutions' expertise and products expand GovConnect's offerings to state and local government agencies. Frank Solutions also offers synergistic opportunities with First Data Corp. by leveraging ancillary services such as call centers and print/mail outsourcing services.
