Kodak’s Print On-Demand Solutions Group Presents a New CREO Color Server to Drive KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB PRESS C8000.

AIIM ON DEMAND, Philadelphia, PA, USA (April 20, 2010) – Kodak’s Print On-Demand Solutions Group is proud to demonstrate the CREO Color Servers in different booths at AIIM ON DEMAND 2010, driving printers and presses of its industry-leading partners.
At the show, Kodak’s Print On-Demand Solutions Group demonstrates for the first time the new IC-307 Print Controller, Powered by CREO Color Server Technology. The new CREO Color Server is in late stages of development and will be released later this year with the upcoming release of the new color digital press from Konica Minolta, the BIZHUB PRESS C8000.
CREO Color Servers enable digital print customers to benefit from the longstanding experience in various production environments and to seamlessly integrate with a variety of professional workflows with open connectivity using JDF standards, including KODAK PRINERGY Workflow Solutions.

- In the Konica Minolta booth # 1324 you can see the newly announced IC-307 Print Controller, Powered by CREO Color Server Technology, driving the new KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB PRESS C8000. Also demonstrated at the booth is the IC-304 Plus Print Controller driving the KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB PRO C65hc Printer, which designed specifically for graphics arts professionals to produce vivid, high chroma prints. Additionally, a live demonstration of the connectivity of CREO Color Servers and KODAK DARWIN VDP Software v.3.0 will be shown.
- Xerox Corporation is demonstrating the CX Print Server Powered by CREO driving the XEROX DOCUCOLOR 7002/8002 Digital Press at the Xerox booth # 601
