Stefan Willems to become Inventive Designers' new COO

Antwerp (Belgium), November 17, 2008 – Belgian company Inventive Designers, builders of document automation software enabling businesses to communicate with their customers in a duly personalised manner, has appointed Stefan Willems as its new COO.
 
Taking up the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer, Stefan Willems will be streamlining operational business processes whilst directly overseeing services, support, development and Human Resources.
 
Over the past 18 months, Willems served as Inventive Designers’ Development Coordination Manager. In this position, he headed up a team of around twenty highly qualified software developers, ensuring smooth-paced research development processes.
 
Stefan Willems (°1967) has racked up over 18 years of hands-on experience in software development. Prior to joining Inventive Designers, Willems worked as Support and Product Manager for Pervasive Software, where - amongst other things - he streamlined the processes linking support and customers services and other departments. Until September 2005, Willems handled the introduction of CRM whilst working as EMEA Customer Interaction Centre Manager for the same company. Previously, Stefan Willems served a 5-year stint as Support Manager for Oracle and a 7-year term as IT manager for Robert Bosch Produktie.
