GSG Leasing Names Steve Taylor Chief Sales Officer

August 18, 2011 (Brooklyn, NY) - GSG Leasing, a leading source for innovative equipment financing solutions, announced Thursday, the addition of Steve Taylor as Chief Sales Officer.  “Steve brings a tremendous amount of experience and leadership,” said Andrew A. Bender, Chief Executive Officer of GSG Leasing.  “We are continuing to expand our team and Steve will be able to help guide the organization and further develop relationships with customers.”  With a focus on customer service, GSG continues to provide clients with unmatched support.

Steve has over 25 years experience in the equipment finance industry with a focus in business development, sales management, marketing and relationship management in the vendor space. Before joining GSG Leasing, he served as Senior Vice President with Varilease Technology Finance Group and prior to that at Technology Investment Partners (TIP Capital).  In addition, Steve served in various senior management roles with Dana Commercial Credit, Heller Financial and GE Capital.  Steve’s experience and product knowledge include company-wide leadership of all lease origination matters, global program management and business development as well as new product development and international expansion of US based relationships.  He also has served on various committees with the ELFA and is past Chairman of CompTIA’s Finance Committee.  Steve graduated from Albion College with BA in Economics and Management.
