Santander Consumer Bank Poland Selects GMC Inspire for Comprehensive Document Management Outsourcing

November 16, 2011, Wroclaw, Poland and Appenzell, Switzerland - GMC Software Technology, a leader in customer communications and output management solutions, today announced that Santander Consumer Bank Poland has selected GMC Inspire for Comprehensive Document Management Outsourcing. The bank will be using GMC’s customer communication management (CCM) platform, GMC Inspire, for end-to-end document management and the processes involved in document composition.

Santander Consumer Bank in Wroclaw is one of the leaders in the consumer finance market in Poland. It offers customers a wide range of products including new and used car loans, cash loans, credit cards, durables and deposits. Products are distributed throughout a network of 240 branches, 19,000 shops and 1,200 new and used car dealers. Santander Consumer Bank is a part of Santander Consumer Finance, the consumer finance division of Banco Santander.

Santander Consumer Bank has been a GMC customer for many years. The bank expects a strong return on the newly established outsourcing of the entire business process, both in terms of document management as well as the quality of customer communication. The cooperation with GMC includes the management of the entire document composition process, handling diverse data streams and data processing across the mandated external printing services.
