DOCUMENT Strategy Forum will feature a four track program focused on; Document Strategy, Technology Application, Printing & Output and Mailing Optimization which include twenty-six individual sessions over two days. In addition, the conference will feature four pre-conference workshops covering; Business Process Management, Multi-Channel Factors in Document Production, Designing an Overall Document Strategy and Creating Mail Intelligence. These highly intensive workshops will take place on Monday, September 13th and be presented by some of the leading authorities in the industry such as; Bob Larrivee, AIIM International, Kemal Carr, Madison Advisors, Bill Broddy, IMERGE Consultants & Bill McCalpin, MHE and Kevin Conti, Pitney Bowes Business Insight.
