Announce Strategic Relationship
Distribution Agreement Strengthens Market Presence, Provides Customer Choice
Ramsey, N.J. and St. Petersburg, Fla. – November 19, 2007 – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. ( Konica Minolta ), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies from the desktop to the print shop, and Danka Business Systems PLC (Nasdaq:DANKY), one of the largest independent suppliers of office imaging solutions in the United States, today announced the companies have signed a strategic relationship agreement enabling Danka to distribute Konica Minolta products in the United States.
Under the terms of the agreement, Konica Minolta will market its complete line of bizhub™ color printers and network-ready multifunctional products (MFPs – print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system), and network printers , in select Danka markets beginning in early 2008.
