[Böblingen/Germany, June 14, 2011] Compart now supports companies of all sizes and in all sectors in implementing full-color Transpromo. This supplier of platform-independent output management systems (OMS) concentrates on the analysis, consolidation and modification of the varied data streams and their management through the different output channels, including Deutsche Post’s E-Postbrief (“electronic postal letters”). Compart also offers corresponding support for connection with available CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management). The service is also aimed at companies that want to set up Transpromo not solely for printing.
The crux of the problem in many companies is the lack of an IT connection between marketing-relevant data in the CRM and the other areas of the company. In many cases, the IT systems are not designed in such a way that they can deliver the required current customer data quickly to each of the target groups – an essential requirement for effective Transpromo. For example, important conclusions can be drawn from customers’ purchasing behavior, which should be integrated into the advertising message.
Compart enables companies to optimize and prepare their data streams, both for "white space marketing", which fills unused blank space in a bill or account statement with advertising, but also for the more complex alternative, where text with personalized content is dynamically customized and appropriately formatted. DocBridge Pilot software plays a key role in this process.
To clarify: Transpromo (promotion in the transaction) generates and outputs customer correspondence with integrated advertising messages, e.g. in bills or account statements. Originally intended for print, this type of marketing is generally suited to all output channels, such as an attachment to e-mail or via a Web portal. In light of the fact that the volume of printed documents will shrink in future, for environmental reasons and due to changing habits, electronic channels are becoming increasingly important in Transpromo as well.
Compart, whose output management solutions have always embraced all output channels, is therefore extremely well positioned for advertising-related transaction printing.

With Transpromo, invoices, tickets, account statements, etc., become advertising letters that are far more eye-catching than traditional flyers. People look at bills more often than the enclosed advertising brochures, which usually go straight into the "circular file".

At the core of Transpromo is the management and analysis of data streams. Compart provides just the right technological support.
