Richardson, Texas, January 16, 2012 - acadami, the leading supplier of examined professional training in the transaction document space, announced today that it will be providing a pre-conference session at Xplor's annual Conference and Vendor Forum, to be held in St. Pete Beach, FL, March 27 to 29, 2012. The pre-conference session is entitled "Introduction to the Transaction Document Workflow" and will be held before the start of the conference on Monday afternoon, March 26. The pre-conference session will provide a great compliment to the content of the Xplor International conference and exhibit, and will prepare attendees to better understand the terms and technologies that they will see in the subsequent days.
"Introduction to the Transaction Document Workflow"
Organizations have a complex workflow for mailed client documents. At each step in the process, you must ensure that you maintain both the chain-of-evidence and client privacy. You must also ensure that that the client promptly receives their mail.
This half-day session introduces the process and the steps within it. Topics include data extraction and formats, object and message management, color management, document composition, print streams - manipulation and transforms, presentation management, archiving and electronic delivery, ink jet and laser print technologies, inserting technologies and postal preparation.
The pre-conference session is intended for newcomers (both technical and management), support personnel, sales people, tech writers, even professionals looking for a refresher course on the entire process. At the end of the session, the attendee will have a much broader and better understanding of the overall process and the terminology.
"I have delivered this session on a number of occasions on behalf of acadami, and in every case, attendees have had "Aha!" moments because they came to realize for the first time the meaning of some term or now understand why the document process in another area of the company is the way that it is," said Neil Merchant edp and acadami instructor. "I look forward to preparing attendees for the Xplor event with a 'Host to Post' overview that you can get only from acadami."
