Sizeable Dutch Contract for Inventive Designers
Wereldhave chooses document software from Inventive Designers
Antwerp, April 2, 2007 – Inventive Designers has won another sizeable Dutch contract. Real estate broker Wereldhave in The Hague opted for the open standards-based document software Scriptura from Inventive Designers. The company also successfully implemented the solution for Wereldhave in under two months. Wereldhave uses Scriptura for the consolidation of its accounting data, and will gradually expand use of the software solution in the future.
Wereldhave needed an open standards-based system that could integrate accounting data from various data flows into one manageable platform. It was important that the system should also be capable of giving a dynamic and multilingual overview of the international operating results.
Guy Dehond, CEO of Inventive Designers: “In a market that is becoming more and more international, businesses need a solution that can deal in a clear way with various languages. Previously, a separate template was produced for each language version. The management costs for this way of working are unjustifiably high. Scriptura solves that by combining various languages dynamically in one template. So businesses can specify the language of a document instantly, which drastically reduces the workload.”
The real estate broker found his solution in Scriptura, the document software from Inventive Designers. Jan Molenkamp, Head of the Information Systems Department at Wereldhave, explains the decision: “A number of considerations motivated our decision to work with Inventive Designers. Scriptura is entirely based on open XML standards, easy to integrate with existing applications and fast to implement.”
Molenkamp continues: “Scriptura is a complete document solution, which is easy to expand in the future. The system can combine several input formats at the same time, without the need for large conversions. Furthermore, the user-friendly design allows faster time-to-market.
