Record Visitor Participation at All In Print China 2011

The 4th All in Print China 2011, China International Exhibition for All Printing Technology and Equipment, recently concluded very successfully at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre: A record 55,586 visitors from 99 countries attended the 4-day trade fair, with over 4,000 attendees coming from abroad (a 40% increase compared to 2008). The 629 exhibitors from 20 nations occupied 742,700 square feet of exhibit space and represented regions from all over the world. With these results, All in Print China 2011 has become the most influential printing trade fair in China this year.

The domestic and international leading companies showcased the latest products and technologies. KBA debuted its brand-new Rapida105, Komori highlighted the Lithrone-G440+H-UV printer with revolutionary H-UV system, the Shanghai Electric Printing & Packaging Machinery Group presented the high speed WS-D1000 books drum paper offset printer and global 75 drums paper offset printer while Fuji Xerox exhibited the digital printing solution spearheaded by the fastest production double-sided printing system Nuvera 288 and Fujifilm displayed the entire process of printing equipment and services with the theme “Efficiency, Cost, Standardization”. Kodak's topic was “Green, Innovation, Digital, Speed” and they introduced digital on-demand solution with the Kodak 1000 type inkjet printer, Konica Minolta exhibited bizhub PRESS C8000 and bizhub PRESS C70hc and Founder Group brought a series of high-speed inkjet printing software and hardware systems and solutions such as “EagleJet”, "DL" and “Indigo”.

By creating specific exhibit “zones”, All in Print China 2011 presented an intensive and in-depth overview of the latest technologies, processes and applications for the printing sector. In addition to the traditional Digital and Preprint CTP Zone, Ink Zone, Direct Mail Zone and Media Zone, the trade fair featured the Green Printing Zone, Education Zone, Label and Bill Zone and the Special Paper Zone.

The All in Print China 2011 exhibitors were very pleased with the dynamic and active atmosphere at the event. “This exhibition is large-scaled, the number of visitors is a lot more than I expected, the quality of visitors is quite high and I'm very confident about the development prospects of China's printing market. I will definitely come back next time,” stated Lois Lebegue, Asian-Pacific President of Eastman Kodak. Liu Zhen, Executive Director and General Manager of AFA Printing Machinery Limited, Komori Printer's agent in China, commented: “Since All in Print China is held in winter, our initial expectation was quite conservative. But a lot more visitors visited the exhibition than we expected. We only attend several industry exhibitions in China and All in Print China is one of them.”

A series of forums, symposiums and more than 30 seminars were held during the trade fair, including the “Global Printing Summit Forum 2011 & Exchange Symposium of Printing Industry among Four Districts of Cross-Straits”, the “2011 Digital Printing in China Technology Summit Forum" and “The 1st Asia G7 Summit: Global Printing Standardization”.
