Job Position: Technical Support Engineer

Skills:
JavaScript, .Net (C#), Perl, Production Print Experience
Print Languages: AFP, PCL, PDF, Metacode, PostScript etc. and XSL-FO.

Description:
Compart is a growing international software company that provides print and output management solutions.  The North American office seeks an experienced technical support professional to help support our customer‘s  enterprise and service bureau print production, archive and web presentment environments.  The North American subsidiary is has demonstrated 50% year over year growth and is looking for a conscientious, results orientied professional to join out team and contribute to our continuing success.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer and partner support situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical aptitude with JavaScript (Java, C#  and  Perl are also helpful)
  • Print language and print production experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years technical support experience.
  • Travel:  10-25%
  • Bachelor degree in CS or CIS.
  • German or Spanish fluency would be helpful.
